Then Houzen’s advanced AI and computer vision technology creates accurate pricing models on homes which means buyers won’t lose a deal in a competitive market nor will they overpay. The models also help in not just predicting the current home price and rental yield, but also imagines what it could become if an efficient bridge financing backed refurbishment was done. Finally, houzen through digital PM, organises all the tasks so that the home buyer doesn’t need to.

Saurabh’s career has included senior investment positions at Accenture UK, IBM, Advention, Quandoo and A.P. Moller – Maersk, with 12 years spent focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, strategy and operations. He led or worked on collective investment deal value of more than £20 billion, working across 20+ industries over three continents.
Benjamin Lee, Investment Director
Benjamin is a Senior Real Estate Investment Executive (Residential, Commercial and Financing), experienced in Mid Cap deals (Manager over £500m worth of transactions, average deal size £30m). He specialises in residential deals in Prime Central London (£10m to 25m). His previous two career engagements include: Head of European Acquisitions – Fraser’s Group UK Acquisition Head – HK-based Tai Holdings.
Robert Csercse, General Manager and Founding Member
Rob comes from a 5-star hospitality background, and specialises in premium customer journey creation. He brought hundreds of new clients and managed customer experience funnels for brands like Hilton and Starwood.
